Changes

Changes to meal plans may only occur during the first 4 weeks of the semester. Students may send an e-mail to reslife@stevens.edu, or stop by the office to switch their meal plan. Telephone changes are not permitted.

Dining Policies

One of our main goals is to provide a pleasant, clean, comfortable and satisfying dining experience. In order to meet this goal, we ask for your assistance with the following procedures:

  • Please bus your tray and disposables from your table when you have finished dining.
  • Please refrain from taking food, dishes or utensils from the dining area.
  • Remember that Meal Cards are non-transferable. Meal cards cannot be used by anyone but the purchaser.

In order to meet your campus dining needs, we have designed the following meal plans for the 2011-2012 academic year.  Each meal plan offers a variety of meal options satisfying varied dietary requirements, personal tastes and individual schedules.

Ultimate Access Plan

What's included in your dining plan?

Ultimate +100 plan allows you to dine at Pierce all day,
everyday from 7:00 a.m. to midnight. No more counting meals
or learning meal plan hours. Why? Because your plan has
unlimited access. Top that off with 100 Duck Bills that can be used
at your leisure. When you run out of Duck Bills, we've made it easy to
refuel. We know you want to invite your family and friends to dine with
you and that's why your plan includes 8 guest meals.

But that's just the beginning. Your meal plan comes with a NEW Pierce.
That's right Pierce is now Cutting Edge and exciting. Booth seating is now available for all your friends to hang out and have flat bread pizza together. Dining alone? No problem, Pierce has a number of different sized tables for you to fully enjoy your dining experience.

Let us plan your evening. Late night dining starts at 8:00 p.m. That means Pierce After Dark (PAD) comes to life. Pierce dims the lights and displays the latest food trends. Tapas, sushi, Indian cuisine, complete espresso bar at Starbucks, hand decorated plated desserts, all a part of your plan. Just think about the lounge area with fireplace so you can savor your Starbucks Coffee and fresh baked cookies overlooking NYC.

So there you have it, unlimited access to food, friends and entertainment. Your Pierce will have the following stations featuring daily specials and PAD menu in rotation. Stay tuned for the menu schedule and nutritional information. Stations include Passport (International), Traditions (Hot Entrée), Pasta, Vegetarian, Brick House (Brick Oven Pizza), Flame (Grill), Sliced (Deli), Refresh (Tossed Salad), Soup, Starbucks Coffee (PAD), D.Licious (Dessert)

Flex Access +100

Offers flexible access to Pierce and Pierce After Dark, $100 Duck Bills and 5 Guest Meals. Flex Access is designed for the commuter or Co-Op student who wants the same great food, comfortable ambience, engaging entertainment and After Dark experience as the Ultimate Access but has less scheduling flexibility. Flex Access comes with 240 swipes and allows you to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, or Pierce After Dark anytime during the semester (only 1 swipe per meal period). It has the added benefit of letting you decide which meals on which days work best with your schedule.
