Have you ever heard of the Sodexo Student Board of Directors? The Student Board of Directors a.k.a SBOD is the driving force behind the dining promotions and culinary flavors that come to campus each year. The SBOD is made up of about 25 students from across the nation who network with our marketing and culinary experts by webinars, conference calls and the SBOD Student Choice Expo to develop the strategic plan for campus dining. They sample new recipes, review trends in food, sustainability, technology and a whole lot more.

For the first time ever, Stevens is being represented on the SBOD. Stevens Dining Service is proud to introduce Syuhadatul Syamim Ebining Amir "Mim" as the 09-10 SBOD Member. Mim is a sophomore at Stevens Institute and is currently studying Chemical Engineering. She spends her "free" time as an active member of the Chemical Engineering Club, Omicron Pi Sorority and Malaysian Student Association. Since last year, she has been working with the Stevens culinarians to bring more of the Muslim culture in to foods we serve. Last year, she gathered feedback from her peers to help support adding Halal Chicken to the menus.
